Black,-buttoned leather-upholstered cushions and bent chromed steel frame with leather straps. Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, in collaboration with Lilly Reich designed this lounge chair for the German Pavilion (1929 World Exhibition held in Barcelona, Spain). Early model with the frame in 2 pieces. Sticker on frame. Seats were re-upholstered at some stage so it is ready for many more years.
