Tableau Stone Coffee Table – Square | Fredericia

The “Tableau” series, designed by the Danish Space Copenhagen, is a perfect example of the poetic modernism of the design studio, which forms the basis of the majority of the studio’s designs. The coffee tables are designed for Fredericia furniture and were first launched in 2018 in a wooden model. However, the geometric, sculptural design lacked elegance and delicacy and the table was relaunched in dark limestone.

The table not only got a more exclusive look, with its new heavy materials. The modern understated design has now been combined with organic and honest materials, which are unique to each table by their nature. The tabletop rests on a cross frame, matching the calm harmonious design and giving an impression of the balance between functionality and aesthetics that is central to the designs of Space Copenhagen.

Made of Portuguese limestone reinforced with invisible metal mesh.

When cleaning limestone, it is recommended to avoid acidic cleaners, as the porous surface is easily sensitive to acid, vinegar, and other corrosive liquids. Use a damp soft cloth with warm water for mild cleaning.
